Thank you Catholicism for the Monday holiday. We had such a great day. It started out cold and dark but the weather finally cooperated and turned really nice in the afternoon. We decided to go to Chiemsee and check out one of Ludwig II palaces. It's on an island! It was incredible. Because we got such a good deal on train tickets by riding with the Willeitners, we decided to go further and check out a place called Berchtesgaden. Berchtesgaden= Heaven.... literally ;)

We weren't allowed to take pictures inside but we just had to sneak one! The "Hall of Mirrors" was incredible...
