Spaghetti Eis!
They take gelato and push it through a "noodle maker"... not sure of the correct name of this kitchen utensil but it is divine! Under the gelato noodles is A LOT of whipped cream, then a raspberry sauce is poured over the top. White chocolate shavings complete the "spaghetti" imitation as parmesan cheese. UNREAL. Why did it take 3 months to discover this little treasure?!
We used to make that in German class. I'm sure the authentic dish is even more divine.
